Refund policy

This policy applies to amounts paid directly to Agendoaki (e.g. subscriptions or platform fees) unless checkout states otherwise.

Services performed at an Establishment are charged and refunded under that business policies and applicable consumer law. Agendoaki provides the booking technology but does not replace each merchants commercial policy.

When a trial is offered (for example, 7 days), the terms shown at signup apply. After the trial, recurring billing may apply until valid cancellation.

Email official support with account details, proof of payment, and reason (e.g. contato_us@agendoaki.com where applicable).

Processing and payout timing depend on payment processors.

Refunds may be unavailable when digital service was fully delivered, for serious breach of Terms, or where law or payment rules prohibit refunds.
