2. Service description
Agendoaki provides technology to discover beauty and wellness businesses, book appointments, communicate with partner businesses, and tools for professionals («Establishments»).
On-site services are provided by the Establishment, not Agendoaki.
3. Account and data
You represent that registration information is accurate. Booking may require name, email, phone, and other fields.
We collect phone numbers to confirm appointments and support operations. When you book, we may share your contact information (including phone) with the Establishment so they can reach you about the service (confirmation, changes, delays, cancellations), as described in our Privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that harms others or compromises security.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance and external failures may occur.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agendoaki is not liable for indirect damages or for acts of Establishments or other users.
Disputes about service quality or price at the Establishment should primarily be resolved between you and that business.
